WARRANTY STATEMENT

HEALTH WARRANTY 

We guarantee our puppies against congenital defects relating to the heart, lungs, kidney, eyes, etc found during a vet's initial examination. This examination must be completed within 48 hours from date puppy was received otherwise warranty is void. You must request a written signed statement from your vet for our records, stating the diagnosis and health risk to include a description of the symptoms supporting his/her diagnosis.

We cannot guarantee the puppy protected from contracting Parvo, Corona Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis or Leptospirosis. Even though the puppy has had at least one shot if over 7 weeks of age, the full series of shots are required for full protection from these and other diseases. Once the puppy leaves our care, we are not responsible if the puppy has contracted any diseases, receives an injury, etc which may cause any permanent problems or death. 

There are no cash refunds, a replacement puppy given if you qualify. 


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY AND REQUEST A REPLACEMENT PUPPY

1. If you qualify for a replacement, you can choose a new puppy with a retail price equal to that of your original puppy when one is available. There is no certain timeframe to choose a new puppy.
2. If you choose a puppy that has a retail value greater than your original puppy, you pay the difference.
3. To make your claim for a replacement puppy, you must notify us by telephone the day of the vet examination (within 48 hours of receipt of your pup).
4. You must return the puppy (if alive), applications to register the puppy and vet statement before a replacement puppy is given. 
5. We are not responsible for any payments of vet fees for examinations, drugs, x-rays or other treatment.


HEALTH, CARE AND FEEDING OF YOUR PUPPY FROM TIME OF BIRTH TO DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE

Puppies wormed every 10-14 days with Strongid-T. 
Puppies not wormed for tapeworms but should be check and treated if necessary during their initial visit to your Vet. 
As a precaution, puppy treated with Albon for Coccidia.
As a precaution, ears treated for mites.
If over 7 weeks of age puppies given Duramune Max 5-CvK (Ft Dodge). Shots given every 4 weeks thereafter,, as appropriate. Shots cover Distemper, Para Influenza, Parvovirus, Adenovirus Type 1 (Hepatitis); Caronavirus. Shots for the above plus Leptosporosis, given at 12-16 weeks of age.

The puppies have been eating one of the following: Iams/Eukanuba for Puppies (Lamb Meal & Rice Formula); Science Diet small bites puppy (Canine Growth); Purina One Lamb and Rice for puppies
