Mike is originally from upstate New York, and I'm from Maryland. We've been married over 30 years, and we both work for the Air Force at Columbus Air Force Base. Our only child, Brian, graduated from MS State University and is the meteorologist at Channel 12 in Chattanooga, TN. We occasionally have Foster Children and have sponsored foreign exchange students from England, Germany, Denmark, France, South America and Thailand.

We moved to Mississippi in 1981, bought our farm in 1987, then spent several years making improvements. We started by clearing 13 acres to increase our pastures to 20 acres total. We put up new perimeter and cross fences, remodeled the barn to accommodate horses, and built the kennels and other outbuildings. The grand finale was the building of our house in 1991.

Mike has an English Springer Spaniel and I have a solid white miniature Schnauzer. Both of these dogs are therapy dogs and have earned their AKC Good K-9 Citizenship Certificates. These 4-legged children are certified to visit nursing homes, children's homes, schools, etc. We also belong to an organization called PAWs (Pets Are Worth Sharing).

We also have Sam, a salt and pepper miniature Schnauzer,
who is just a family pet, and Sarah. After having numerous wonderful babies, one of which is Tate, Sarah has been retired and now joins Luke, Fritz and Sam as one of our house pets.

We have several Tennessee Walking Horse mares and one AQHA mare. Their foals are for sale after weaning. We also raise beautiful AKC Cocker Spaniels!

When traveling through our area with your horses, we offer bed & breakfast or camping facilities, with safe accommodations for your horses, dogs and human family.

Having a Paypal account is no longer required - an invoice can be emailed for your convenience to make payments using your debit/credit card. When not paying with cash, checks or money orders, a 4% surcharge will be added.
